LC/MS Hybrid ultrahigh resolution electrospray quadrupole time-of-flight (UHR ESI-q-TOF) mass spectrometer MaXis 4G (Bruker Daltonik GmbH) with Ultra-HPLC system Dionex UltiMate3000RS

Tandem electrospray quadrupole-time-of-flight (ESI-Q-TOF) high-resolution mass spectrometer complete with ultra-high performance liquid chromatograph (UHPLC).
Includes an Appolo II electrospray ionization source, a high-precision hyperbolic quadrupole, a collision cell for impact ion dissociation, and a time-of-flight analyzer with temperature compensation system. Capable of determining accurate mass and undistorted isotopic distribution in MS and MS/MS modes, with a resolution of more than 50000 FWHM.
This instrument is integrated with the Dionex3000 HPLC system, allowing quantitative analysis of dozens of metabolites in biological fluids and other complex mixtures.

Tandem electrospray ion trap mass spectrometer (ESI-trap) complete with high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC).
The kit includes an ion trap with electrospray ionization of the sample with advanced LC/MSn (up to n=18) and ion detection in the range of 200-6000 m/z. The mass spectrometer combines extremely high scanning speed and sensitivity with easily controllable software tools. Easily integrated with HPLC systems (Agilent 1200). It is used for a wide range of applications in the related fields of proteomics, metabolomics, screening and identification of substances, and chemical analysis.

MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometer Ultraflex III TOF/TOF (Bruker Daltonik GmbH)

Matrix-activated laser desorption/ionization tandem mass spectrometer (MALDI-TOF/TOF).
Includes time-of-flight (TOF) analyzer for linear and reflectance modes; LIFT™ tandem unit for TOF/TOF (MS/MS) operation, scoutMTP™ ion source with PAN™ wide-range pulsed ion extraction system for masses in the 700-6000 Da range; modified solid-state laser with adjustable pulse frequency from 1 to 200 Hz, high-energy impact ion dissociation (CID) unit. Used for quantitative analysis and detailed biomarker studies.

Equipment for applying matrix to slices of biological samples.
MALDI Imaging is a system for highly sensitive MS imaging of spatial distributions of protein biomarkers and drugs in biological and clinical research. The complete imaging solution consists of an ImagePrep automated sample preparation station, a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer, and software for data analysis and statistical processing.

Multimode microplate reader Infinite F200 (Tecan)

Device for analyzing biological and chemical samples in a 96-well microplate format. Supports a wide range of detection methods: fluorescence, luminescence, photometry, fluorescence polarization.

Microtome-cryostat CryoStar NX70 for tissue slicing (Thermo Scientific)

Obtaining ultrathin slices of biological tissues is carried out on a high-precision cryostat of modular design with a cooling chamber made of stainless steel, which allows for motorized cutting of samples with the possibility of changing the speed from 0 to 256 mm/s; the thickness of slices varies from 0.5 to 500 μm.

Imaging system VersaDoc 4000MP (Bio-Rad Laboratories) for electrophoretic gel imaging and subsequent post-processing

The electrophoretic equipment includes cameras, sources, all necessary components and accessories for isoelectrofocusing, one-dimensional, two-dimensional electrophoresis, e.g. Protean (Bio-Rad) vertical electrophoresis cameras in mini and maxi formats.  
For documentation and processing of electrophoretic gels, the VersaDoc (Bio-Rad) high resolution and high sensitivity gel documentation system is used.

Spectrofluorimeter system FLSP920 (Edinburgh Instruments) for steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence measurements

Excitation sources: LED 270, 300 and 330 nm (FWHM = 800 ps); Laser diode 375 nm (FWHM = 80 ps). Additional options: magnetic field in 0-700 gauss region; solid sample holders; low temperature measurements (77 K).

Spectrophotometer Agilent 8453

The Agilent 8453 spectrophotometer is used to measure optical and UV absorption spectra. Wavelength range 190-1100 nm with a resolution of 2 nm and scattered light less than 0.03%. It is used for chemical reaction kinetics measurements.

Laser Flash Photolysis setup

Excitation sources: 266, 355 и 532 nm (Nd:YAG3+ laser) and 308 nm (excimer XeCl laser); detection on selected wavelengths in 240-700 nm region; time resolution = 10 ns. Additional options: magnetic field in 0-3000 gauss region; temperature variation in 200-360 К region

Highly sensitive hybrid mass spectrometer with quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) analyzer for accurate molecular mass determination, structural analysis and quantitative measurements. The resolution of this mass spectrometer reaches 60000 FWHM over the full mass range, with a mass accuracy of less than 1 ppm. It can be used in MS and MS/MS modes. The high scanning speed of this mass spectrometer, the possibility of including CID (impact ion dissociation), ETD (electron transfer dissociation) block are widely used in research in the field of expression proteomics.
