The laboratory was established in 2024 as a winning recipient of the federal competition ‘Establishment of New Laboratories, Including Those Led by Promising Young Researchers,’ part of the ‘Development of Human Capital for Regions, Industries, and the R&D Sector’ initiative under Russia’s national ‘Science and Universities’ program.
