Generalist expert, specialized in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computer Tomography (CT), radiologist, oncologist, pediatrician. She is studying the possibilities of dynamic contrast MRI in differential diagnosis of breast diseases. She is one of the founders of the fetal MRI in Russia, a leading expert on the use of MRI in obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics. He is currently the head of the new scientific field – the application of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and macromolecular proton fraction (MPF) as in vivo methods of rapid mapping of brain myelination during fetal and early postnatal development of the person. He is the head of the research focused on quantitative definition of obstetrical ultrasound efficiency in the diagnosis of various congenital malformations, based of the fetal MRI results. She is actively involved in research on the possibilities of MR spectroscopy (MRS), DWI and diffusion tensor tractography (DTI), functional MRI (fMRI).
